How does the Menopause Rating Scale work?

  • This test measures the severity of 11 menopause related symptoms.
  • There is a score for each symptom based on severity and/or frequency.
  • We encourage you to rate how you are experiencing each symptom now.
  • The higher your total score is at the end of the test, the more your menopausal symptoms are likely to be affecting the quality of your life.
